Kari Castrogiovanni has always known she would land in the photography world. As a child, it was common to find her looking through a 35mm point and shoot camera. As the years went on, the cameras progressively improved along with her photography talents. She spent countless hours photographing children in various studios across the US. That role made her seek out the skills to start her own company.

Foto Nuvo began in 2011 after Kari completed her education at the renowned Brooks Institute of Photography. The company started as a portrait and headshot business, but has since grown into a high-end commercial retouching service, working with individual photographers and retouching houses such as Wet Noodles, Inc. and Portus Imaging. Kari’s photography background has given her a great eye for detail and the ability to anticipate the clients’ needs. She really loves pushing pixels around to make good images great. Photographers of all genres are welcome.
